Join us for an evening of Breathwork, an amazing practice to help spread light, move stagnation, and expand creativity and connection. It activates DMT in the pineal gland and can take us into a dream like psychedelic liminal state. Breath excavates, recalibrates, and fine tunes. Come gather with us for an evening of magic, mystery, and the medicine within.

Sarah is a Board Certified Naturopathic Doctor in California, Hawaii, and British Columbia and a Nationally Licensed Acupuncturist. She is currently offering patient visits through telemedicine for those near and far and in person in Maui and in California.

She is a Breathwork Facilitator and Teacher Trainer, Public Speaker and Retreat Leader offering Wellness Talks, Breathwork Events, Retreats, and Breathwork Facilitator Trainings for groups and programs around the globe.

Her clinical background includes extensive training in Women’s Health, Cyclical Wisdom, Thyroid and Hormone Balance, Digestive Health and Mind Body Medicine. Dr Sarah believes that how we choose to nourish and move our bodies is integral to overall health. She believes strongly in the power of food as medicine, the potency of plants, living in right relation with the land and the waters, and the importance of mindfulness, breath, and connection as essential for wellness.
