This is a great class for beginners and those looking to deepen their relationship with yoga and establish a regular, personalized, and sustainable practice.

Intro to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Tues/ Thurs 4 pm - 6pm

and

Sat 7am - 815 am

New students with no mysore experience will be guided the first month to Intro to Ashtanga Yoga 3 x a week to prepare for Individual daily Mysore full practice.

Perfect for No experience, Beginners and Established practitioners are welcome.
