Daily 8-9am and 5-6pm Mon - Fri

Ignite your inner fire and sweat it out in an invigorating hot yoga class. Set in a heated room, our classes offer a steady, strength-building flow to deepen flexibility, enhance focus, and detox the body through movement and breath. Expect to move with intention, challenge your limits, and leave feeling cleansed, strong, and refreshed. All levels are welcome—just come hydrated and ready to glow from the inside out.

More about infrared heat: Our studio is heated and cleaned through infrared light panels, the infrared light kills all bacteria and airborne germs. Infrared heaters convert light directly to heat, warming nearby objects without raising the air temperature. This allows a student in an infrared class to absorb heat while the surrounding air does not. This type of heat is most like natural sunlight, without the harmful UV rays. Benefits include detoxification of the body, increased circulation, strengthening of the cardiovascular system, improved skin appearance, enhanced collagen production, strengthening of the immune system, reduced joint pain, and more.
